| Sup betches, I'm Ash/Ashcat/Rayne/Strawberry Hat. :3 I've been on DA for about...2 years maybe? In that time, I've realized that DA actually kind of sucks 8D Pretty much 90% of the community is obsessed with anything to do with the same overused shit (lolhypocrisy?) and they're very insulting with their high horse of artistic opinion, therefore my shit never seems to get faved, critiqued, collected, credited, liked, whatever have you (unless it has to do with yaoi like those damned flashes I used to have...*fistshake* ;/ ). What's ironic about me stating this is I don't think art should have anything to do with how many pageviews, faves, comments, etc etc that you get, because it isn't a god damn popularity contest (which most of DA seems to think it is and make drama out of it); it should be about getting your art discovered and -really- appreciated, not fangirled over :/ Despite this, it wouldn't hurt to have someone at least like or nicely comment/critique my art ;^; This doesn't mean I think I'm amazing, I actually think I suck, especially compared to most of my friends xD but honestly, people on DA seem to think they're geniuses when it comes to art...it's sickening (and let's not even get started on the drama and the TARTlets). Aside from that, I like drawing when I have an art bug (which I've had a massive one as of late), so whatev, go go gadget art? As for myself, I'm pretty retarded. As I say on my myspace, I'm way too complicated to put into words...I'm like a jack of all trades, a master of none personality-wise, but just rest assured that in the midst of the insanity that is me, I usually come out being pretty fucktastically amazing and I'm an all-around good person <3 I'll listen to your problems, and help you with anything (HEY EVEN ART 8D) if you ask more than likely. I'm pretty smart (lolseniorincollege), and I can be quite fucking witty when I need to be, so be careful how you speak to me :>. I didn't appreciate the 'demand' of the refs, and nor did I definitely not appreciate how you told Dra that you dislike my personality when you know damn good and well I never did one thing to you. -You- left me and stopped talking to me, not the other way around, and I can't for the life of me understand why you insist on making me sound like it's my fault or that I'm some bad person with a terrible personality; case in point, your first reply. If you used that head of yours, you'd realize WHY I was questioning it and that reply isn't the least bit nice or shows a sense of a decent personality. Things like -that- are why I was iffy on letting you draw Ary, because if you can't even respect me, how can you respect something I hold so dear to me? It doesn't work like that.
But I digress, this is just expressing how I feel since you felt the need to do so yourself beforehand. I appreciate you sent another comment and apologized, and I've told Saru time and time again I have -no- problem with you as long as I'm not treated like a piece of shit, nor do I have a problem being friends with you again. So please understand that, and quit thinking I'm this terrible person, it really isn't appreciated -_-; And yes, like I said, you can draw Ary...just please do her great justice.
